I am so impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and fair pricing – such a rare combination these days! Due to a cancellation I was able to get a same-day appointment, and an electrician named Caleb arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable in addressing some quirks in my almost-50 year old house. There was no wasted time, no scare-tactic attempts to talk me into unnecessary work, and did I mention tidy?? I even emailed the company shortly after he left to let them know they have a really great staffmember in Caleb.
